We know, is Friday, we are about to start a long weekend, is a holiday and most important we are ready to eat thousands of little chocolate eggs......delicious.
The only problem... we are going to hate this when the monday comes, we are going to spend the next days taking care of our faces, drinking a lot of water, doing 10 minutes more of cardio and yelling in our minds: "never more", but, a secret? we are going to do it again.
Yes, the next year.
Or sooner, the four of July, for Thanksgiving, or Christmas, because that's how we are and is nothing bad about it.
So, for every crazy girl who is going to enjoy eat tons and tons of chocolate, today I bring to you, seven recipes for differents smoothies that are going to make your next week so much easier and i promise you, you are going to repeat this more than once.
MODAY:
The perfect smoothie to say goodbye to all those chocolates.

TUESDAY: (This is my favorite)
Once I heard, Tuesday are the hardest day of the week so you need a strong dose of vitamin C.

Wednesday:
It's half of week, YAY!

THURSDAY:
Did you know, frozen berries are healthier?

FRIDAY:
Start your weekend with a lot of energy and keep trying this smoothies so you don't feel so guilty about what you eat the weekend.

SATURDAY:
Sporty day or just an outdoor activity, try this dose of energy.

SUNDAY:
the last one! for a relax day.
