Fashion-Lifestyle Blogger, Designer, Model & Entrepreneur, as she describes herself, Prerna Mehra is a 19 years old, based on Mumbai, who has over 24,000 followers in instagram and a blog that comes out to float every day.

As a rising woman in the fashion world, I talk to her to know a little more about her.

1. How would you define your style?

PM: My style is versatile, I slip into bold and independent and easily change to casual another day, then ethnic. Basically my style is self expression, anything I like and that makes me feel good.

2. At what point, "be a fashion blogger" become something serious?

PM: I became serious about blogging the minute I realised that I really really enjoy it to such an extent that it makes my day and it's what I would want to do for a long time in life.

3. What's the piece that can't be missing in your closet?

PM: Statement heels can't be missing in my closet. Definitely most important.

4. Favorite brand?

PM: favorite brand...I don't have one, I like mixing and matching. I do a lot of street shopping, hauls at boutiques, key pieces when I travel, so I don't have a favorite.

5. Favorite fashion week?

PM: I've only attended Lakme fashion week, so as of now it's that.

6. Who are your fashion idols?

PM: Carrie Bradshaw as a character and Sarah Jessica Parker as a person.

7. Any fashion blogger?

PM: I like a few bloggers, but none are my "idols". My favorite is @thegirlfromfuss

8. How relevant is in your country the: fashion world? And which is the difference between Indian and American fashion?

PM: I think fashion is relevant in every part of the world, it makes up 2 percent of the world gross domestic product, it has relevance in every aspect of lifestyle as well. So yes, it's very important.

American fashion? I don't think I would compare it, it has its own soul. It has quite a lot to learn from Parisian fashion still though.

9. What do you want to say with your IG name?

PM: Well that just explains me so well, I'm always aiming super high, and heels is something I'm always in. It would make someone instantly think of me.
